The MPS-1 is a device for audio creatives to perform and record music with plants.

Designed for Artists, Musicians, Sound Designer and anyone who loves music, technology and nature.

Reading changes in the plants electronic signals, the MPS-1 changes these to MIDI. With its extensive musical features, connectivity and Plant Intermodulation Matrix™ makes it a powerful tool for humans and plants alike.

MPS-1 Main Features:

 

1. Musicality and interaction

The MPS-1 features a vast selection of customizable parameters, such scales, rythms, Euclidean rhythms, sequencing, looping, advanced MIDI tweaking, and control over parts of the algorithm, while focusing on interactivity as the link between the artist and the plant.

Connections to link with a DAW through USB or go DAWLESS with analogue and modular equipment.

3. Interplant control and Plant Intermodulation Matrix™

The Plant Intermodulation Matrix™ enables plants to dynamically control the musical parameters of the device, without human intervention.
Giving the plants a possibility to not only play music, but to change the composition of the music itself.

5. Easy to use

The MPS-1 is easy to use.
While packing a lot of features, you don’t have to be a Wizard-Level-Class-A-Hacker to use the MPS-1. Basic skills in music production is recommended.
